Green Meadows are back to show you more examples of environmentally friendly home improvements and innovative retrofit approaches across Nottingham. In this latest instalment, we’re visiting local Meadows homes that have undergone retrofitting and successfully integrated a heat pump system.

Meet us outside the Meadows library on Wilford Crescent East at 11:00am and we'll kick off the tour at a nearby retrofit house. You'll gain valuable insights on how to improve the insulation and energy performance of older home.

From there, we'll make our way to Atlas Street, where you'll get to tour a house with a recently installed heat pump. The homeowner will share her personal journey, from researching and planning, to obtaining necessary permits and installation.

Both tours are designed to provide you with comprehensive information if you're considering retrofitting your home or installing a heat pump. You will hear about important considerations, as well as the impacts these technologies can have, with plenty of time for questions along the way.
