This month, the Climate Hub welcomes Jude Marsh, a Meadows resident and artist, to help you learn the basics of hand sewing, darning socks, altering lengths for better fit, and adding buttons.

You can also get creative with an old item by adding color or design. Bring along an item you love that needs some TLC and give it a new lease of life!

Free hot food will be served at lunchtime and we will have discussions on different ways to love our clothes and make them last.

Attendees will be able to take away a small sewing repair kit so you can start putting your skills to practice at home.

Please note, this free workshop is for residents of the Meadows only. It is suitable for all ages.
